Early Childhood Expectations Terms & Conditions
1. Services Rendered
We will provide programs that offer class-based interactions, with online and telephone support. Programs will be designed to meet the needs of the groups as a whole, individual needs will be met as presented.
2.0 Mutual Cooperation
We agree to use our best efforts to fulfil and exceed your expectation on the deliverables listed above. You agree to aid us in doing so by making available to us needed information pertaining to your engagement and to cooperate with us in expediting the work.
3.0 Terms of Payment
3.1 CLIENT AGREEMENT TO PAY
You agree to pay upfront for all program you choose to enrol in.
4.1 We require written communication 14 days prior to a program start date to request a credit transfer or name change for the course enrolled in.
4.2 In the event of a program being cancelled by Early childhood Expectations (1) A credit transfer to another program offered in that calendar year can be arranged (2) A full refund will be provided.
4.3 If a program cannot be attended due to sudden illness or extreme circumstances please request to reschedule with a booking credit via email. This request must be received within 14 days of the program start date.
Early Childhood Expectations acknowledges its responsibility, both during and after the term of its appointment, to use all reasonable efforts to preserve the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information or data developed by Early Childhood Expectations.
