here's what you get...
New and beginning teachers attending the program will engage in professional development, gain an understanding of the expectations required in the workplace and engage in a collaborative learning environment. Improvisation skills will be developed as sometimes the scripts do not always go to plan.
Action research is a research initiated to solve an immediate problem or a reflective process of progressive problem solving. It is led by individuals working with others in teams or as part of a “community of practice” to improve the way they address issues and solve problems. In Early Childhood we can use Action research to support learners and reflect on our practice.
A trained mentor and experienced ECT will be available to support you throughout the program and there is space within the program to discuss individual needs and goals. The newly established network will be something that will provide ongoing collaborative engagement well into the future, possibly throughout your careers.
